To effectively and efficiently manage and coordinate implementation of the international conference and exhibition, the National Implementation and Coordination Team is formed, to provides strategic leadership, timely advice, facilitate cooperation and bilateral relations. The team is responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating the conference organisation and ensuring achievements of the event outcomes, and follow up meetings on the event outcomes as well as proposed the amnesty programme to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

Stephen Olushola, is Chief Executive Officer, Stevico Agro Entrepreneur Nigeria Plc and the Lead Influencer for the International Conference and Exhibition. He is President, Stevico Groups, a medium scale Agricultural and food processing industry registered in Venezuela and licensed by the United Kingdom Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). Stevico Group is dedicated on food crops productions, processing, storage and mechanized farming.
Abubakar Mu’azu, PhD
National Coordinator
Abubakar Mu’azu, is a Professor and Director, Centre for Peace, Diplomatic and Development Studies University of Maiduguri. He is Member, NEITI National Stakeholders Working Group (NSWG). He was Federal Commissioner and Council Member at National Human Right Commission (NHRC).
Sule Musa Tagi, PhD

Sule Musa Tagi, is a Professor and Director, Transparency and Accountability University of Maiduguri. He is Chairman, Governing Board, Federal College of Education Gwoza. He is also, Deputy Director, Centre for Peace, Diplomatic and Development Studies University of Maiduguri. He was Chairman, Ad-hoc Investigative Committee and Chairman, Committee on Examination University of Maiduguri.
Mal. Umar Farouk Mohammed

Mal. Umar Farouk Mohammed, is Executive Director of Technoworld Community Foundation (TCF) and Senior Technical Advisor (Stakeholders Engagement) to the Centre for Peace, Diplomatic and Development Studies (CPDDS) University of Maiduguri. He was Country Representative of Ifa Cross-Culture Program in Nigeria. He has over thirty (30) years’ work experience in the public and development sectors. He is a passionate and result-oriented development practitioner with focus on building social capital for the promotion of peace, socio-cultural and political development in Nigeria and beyond. He has a strong background in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Early Warning System for Conflict Prevention, Organisation & System Development.
Garba Ibrahim, PhD
Head of Special Duties & Inter-Governmental Relations
Garba Ibrahim, is an Associate Professor and Director, Directorate of Archives, Records Management and Training University of Maiduguri. He specializes in Political and Administrative History. He was at various times appointed Provost, College of Education, Azare and was made Commissioner of Higher Education in Bauchi State. After serving as Commissioner, he was reappointed Provost, College of Education Azare. He was also Pioneer Provost, Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education, Kangere. He was a Member, National Conference.
Haruna Ayuba, PhD
Head of Operations
Haruna Ayuba, is an Associate Professor and Coordinator Academic Programme, Centre for Peace, Diplomatic and Development Studies University of Maiduguri. He is also Research Coordinator, Centre for Study and Promotion of Cultural Sustainability (CSPCS) University of Maiduguri. He has taught and supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
